your soup is almost like a homemade soup i make, minus the quinoa (that i will now be adding, thanks to this post)! also, if you slice an onion in a circle and add that to the soles of your feet, it, too, will draw out ALL of the bacteria and you will feel LOADS better overnight *pinky promise* and don’t forget to eat a clove of garlic. all natural remedies that will jump start your immune system.
consequently, i think these are perfect takes of “fresh” for all the aforementioned reasons listed in your posts 🙂 i hope you feel better soon, love xo
:)) Love your idea for this month, and love reading about your volunteering at the shelters. It is so on my to do list, when my kids are just a little older, that we all try to help out there. Wish you best of luck on your goals for the new year !
Those faces – they just melt my heart every time! And yay for your “fresh” start. I want to do the same. Maybe we can encourage each other throughout the year 🙂
Oh, Pam. I hope you feel better soon! No fun being sick. I had to laugh about the Vicks rub on the soles of the feet –we do that, too! Whenever I tell people about it, they laugh and think it’s some urban myth. Try elderberry extract (Sambucol) to boost your immunity. (Hah! Everybody’s a doctor!) 🙂
I love those shots of the animals and I think it’s just lovely that you offer your services to the animal shelters.
Love this ! What a great way to start off the year with serving in your passion of helping at the shelter and plus making time to take care of yourself 😉 great way to start 2014 Fresh! Love all the images on your post. Happy New Year.
